Terms & Conditions - Dog Grooming

 Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and free from contagious conditions. Please disclose any behavioural issues or triggers they may have towards any aspect of grooming. Aggressive or unsafe dogs may not be accepted. 

 Dogs can be little wrigglers and we are working with sharp tools, sometimes accidents can happen, although I do all I can to ensure this does not happen. I will check your dog with you prior to you leaving, and ask that you communicate any health issues, joint soreness, moles, hotspots etc. However, if during the groom I notice anything of concern I will photograph and send to you straight away. 

I ask that you be 5 minutes early or right on time for your dogs appointment, as a one on one groomer, I need to stick to a tight schedule and do not want dogs crossing over in the salon if I can help it, this is for your dogs comfort and safety. 

All dogs must be collected within 30 minutes from the end of their groom, I will text you prior to finishing with a time for collection. If they are not collected, an additional fee to keep your dog in the salon may be added.

If your dog becomes unwell or injured, we may seek veterinary care at your expense if you cannot be reached. 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. 

 Waggin’ Rights holds full Public Liability Insurance and a current Police Check. While every effort is made to keep pets safe, owners remain responsible for any harm caused by their dog.  

 We may share photos or videos of your dog on social media unless you request otherwise. All client details are kept confidential, only your dog's first name will be used.

Your dog must be comfortable and confident with lead walking, sitting and waiting for this service to be successful. Aggressive or unsafe dogs will not be accepted.

 All dogs are transported in a safe, comfortable, airconditioned and insured vehicle with secure crates or harnesses, you're dog will never be roaming never loose in the car.

I am located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. I offer the Bows and Vows Wedding Concierge Service between Tewantin and Caloundra. Covering most of the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Should you require services in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, I can happily refer some other incredible services to you in those locations.

It is extremely important that you gain permission from your wedding venue that a dog is allowed to attend the service. For example, national parks and beaches do not allow dogs at all. I will require full assurance that I am able to bring a dog onto the premises.

If your dog becomes unwell or injured, we may seek veterinary care at your expense if you cannot be reached.  Please provide an emergency contact for the day of the wedding as you most likely will not be reachable.

Dogs are walked on-lead in designated areas. While every precaution is taken, interaction with other dogs and the natural environment means the risk of injury or illness cannot be eliminated. 

A deposit of 25% of the service will be taken upon booking. This will be non refundable within 2 weeks of the wedding date.

Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice will lose the booking deposit. Any changes made within that 2 weeks may incur additional charges. Full payment for this service is required 3 days out from the wedding date.
